5. *Public Informational Hearing on a potential application for grant funding from the Vermont Community Development Program (VCDP) for the Community Child Care Expansion Project. This project will include renovation and expansion of Otter Creek Child Center located at 150 Weybridge Street, Middlebury, Vermont. It will add up to 40 new childcare spaces and 15 new jobs.
