3. **Public Input Meeting on Temporary Relocation of ACTR Transit Hub : In order to prepare for construction associated with the Main Street and Merchants Row Bridges, the Town of Middlebury and ACTR are working to identify a temporary transit hub in order to move the transit hub from its long-time location on Merchants Row during construction. The temporary relocation period is anticipated to start in November 2017 and run through the end of 2020.
