Recorded Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at the Kennedy Brothers Co-working & Conference Center in Vergennes. In this seminar, attendees learn the basics of how to choose a path for ownership succession in their business. John Davis from the Williston office of Davis & Hodgdon Associates CPAs and Matt Cropp from the Vermont Employee Ownership Center give an overview of the business valuation process and the most common ownership transition models.
