8. **Discuss ideas and timing for a public engagement process regarding recent letters received by the Town calling for defunding the Middlebury police department as part of the national movement to address systemic racism
9. *Approve Selectboard order regarding the placement of a temporary stop sign for northbound traffic on Seymour Street at Seymour Street Extension, per the Town of Middlebury Ordinance for the Regulation of Traffic Lights and Traffic Signs, in anticipation of increased traffic volumes due to the Bridge & Rail Project this summer
10. **Sole-source purchase request from DPW Operations Director Bill Kernan for playground equipment for the Tot Lot at Recreation Park. Total cost to the Town to be offset by matching funds from a Rotary Club District Grant
11. **Sole-source purchase request from Wastewater Superintendent Bob Wells to replace failed hydraulic cylinders in the dewatering units at the Wastewater Treatment Facility
12. **Request to Reserve FY20 Health Reimbursement Accounts for use in FY21, as many medical appointments could not be kept during the last four months due the COVID-19 pandemic
