VTrans Project Manager Jon Griffin, Kubricky VP of Construction Mark Alexander, and VHB Transportation Market Lead Aaron Guyette will present the plan for the remaining two years of Middlebury’s downtown construction project. The project team will review the construction activities that are planned, the timeline for these activities, and the impacts of the work on the community and then respond to citizen questions.
